Unfortunately, there are no details regarding lost funds on binance.com. However, you may always contact Binance Support and provide them with full details regarding your issue. Please try to reach out to them via the company social media networking or via their website-based option.
According to the information posted on reddit.com, you should also file a police report with your local authorities. If losses incurred as a result of a personal security issue, it’s unlikely Binance will reimburse.

Hi Just a sa tip, it took 18 days in feb 2021 for binance to credit my binance account!!! not the 24hrs they claim !!, so be patient and fill a claim on their website and send an email to binance support: support@***.zendesk.com. Also make sur ou attach and send the details of your fund transfers. In the process you are suposed to att the reference tehy gice you when you register for a transfer. I actullay di that but they claimed they could not find it

Start a chat on Binance and there seems to be a language barrier sometimes. You will need to do videos with a script that they will give you. Be precise in what you say is the same as the chat request or you will have to start over. It’s a long process it’s been 3 days now for me. Had to redo the video again this morning and still waiting 6 hrs later. Slow slow slow… I had to get mad but they did cancel the verified account now waiting on verification for the correct account.
