Binance - I was debited from my bank and the money didn't reflect on my account
I made a transfer of N10,000 from my mobile App, then my transaction was processing since yesterday. Then I checked this morning, my transaction Expired and I received no refund of my deposit either.

TFUEL MISSING

Dear Customer Support; I sent 4968.5 Tfuel from my metamask to my binance tfuel wallet making sure it was on the theta network and the address was correct. Here's the Hash: 0xa1675a807f870e1033****a0f55ba84fe2ae1897e88dc87bcf08c5a495b055a6 Receiving address: 0x93d209e6f86465d6550a64a100e33e76cd5289f3 I read the following on reddit to rectify the problem: Binance uses ''thetascan.io'' and not the official explorer ''explorer.thetatoken.org''. And with thetascan you don't see how much (value is 0) coins are sent with a ''Smartcontract transfer'' ,think thats the problem. All other transfers from the MetaMask wallet to Theta wallets (hardware wallets) went all good. Please help

I tried to open the account step 1& 2 went fine when came to my address somehow it doesnt go through Well this is the only address I have and gave all the info requested I know it was delivered so why no one gives me a response ? Thank you Reference # 210****! I was told my info would be entered manually but your tech people but no one cares it seems Step one & two work fine step 4 gets stuck it appears sone problem with the address there are different places with the name Booth but this is in Gaithersburg.MD 20878 and my apt # 434 whats wrong I giving the right & legal info ? Only for your system to refuse it. I dont understand it Thank you Lena

Scam that what it is don't trade with them they scammed me for £950 and left me pennykess

Deposit

I'm having trouble depositing money on Binance. 6 months ago I made a normal transfer. But now I can not. I called the Bank and everything is fine there. The bank does not block the deposit. My wife has the same problem too. We are logged in with a telephone number. 0049 15****79379 and 004915****65675. Please help.

Customer Service: Not receiving confirmation from Binance

Binance has very poor customer service. I am not able to receive any of Binance.US confirmation emails. I sent multiple request/tickets and it's been two months now and nothing has being done. Money is stuck in Binance. I am planning to move my trading else where.

User's recommendation: I am not recommending Binance for trading because Binance is very poor in customer service.

Can’t access my login phone number

Please I cant access my account phone number but I can still access the email,..please I need it to be resolved because I cant login or change my password because I cant fill the access code sent to the lost phone number,..am complaining with the same email number of my Binance account.
